How do I reserve a truck for my event?

Give us a call! the Truck are reserved on a first come first deposit basis. Without the deposit, we can not guarantee your date.

What areas do you service?
We typically service the Metro Detroit area, however if you are looking to have us out beyond Metro Detroit, we have a Travel Fee. Contact us for details on Travel Fees.

What is A la Carte?

A la carte means your guests can order items as they please. A tally is kept of the food items and a bill is presented at the end of service. If the tally starts to approach the desired amount before the end of your event, we will give you a call.

What are package options?

Instead of an open menu, we offer package options with pre-selected flat rate meals. Packages are recommended for large events of 250 guests or more. That way you can purchase a set amount of meals.

What is the cost of reserving a truck?

We require a  food and beverage minimum depending on the event..

Do we service Public Pay Events?
Yes! We have a Public Pay Minimum Sales Agreement available. Contact us for further details.

Can you cater to different dietary needs?

We are  happy to provide vegan and vegetarian, We have a dedicated fryer for gluten free and peanut free restrictions. We are also able to provide gluten free silders and dogs when you supply the buns.

Are you licensed?
Yes. Our Trucks are licensed through Oakland County Health Dept and can serve throughout Michigan.

​

Are you insured?
Yes. We maintain Full Coverage Insurance.​
